OffAuto is an on-device app that notices compulsive phone loops and interrupts them. Your behaviour signals, your Reality Log and your preferences are stored on your device and are never uploaded to us.
OffAuto has no accounts and no sign-in. We operate no user database, so there is no record of you on our side to look up, export or delete. The only personal data that leaves your device is the purchase information the app stores handle when you subscribe.
This policy describes every category of information the app touches, every optional permission it may ask for, and every third party that processes data on our behalf. It applies to the OffAuto mobile app for iOS and Android and to the public website at offauto.app.
Translations of this policy are provided for convenience. If a translated version differs from the English text, the English version controls.
This Privacy Policy applies to OffAuto, the on-device habit-interruption app published by Гастроном 1 ЕООД, and to the public website that hosts these legal pages.
Гастроном 1 ЕООД is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with OffAuto, to the extent such processing occurs. For most of what the app does, data stays on your device and is not processed by us at all.

The following is written to the app's local storage on your phone. It is not transmitted to OffAuto servers, and it is removed when you reset local data or uninstall the app.
You can inspect, export or erase this data yourself at any time through Settings in the app. Export produces a file on your device; nothing is uploaded during export.
There is no sign-up, no sign-in and no account in OffAuto. The app does not ask for your name, your email address or a password, and it has no screen that could collect them.
Because no account exists, we hold no user record, no password credential and no session history. Everything the app knows about you lives in its storage on your device, and clearing local data or uninstalling the app removes it.
If you contact us by email, we receive only what you choose to write. We do not link that correspondence to an in-app profile, because none exists.
On Android you can optionally grant Usage Access (PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS). When granted, OffAuto reads the total foreground minutes reported by the operating system for the past hour so that a loop which started in another app is still detected.
OffAuto never reads app content, messages, keystrokes, browsing history or screen contents. The usage figure is used for the current classification and is not stored or transmitted. You can revoke the access at any time in Android Settings, and the app keeps working with in-app signals only.
On Android you can also optionally grant the display-over-other-apps permission (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW) so OffAuto can show its interruption overlay above another app. This permission is used only to draw that overlay; it cannot read or capture screen content, and you can revoke it in Android Settings.
Neither permission is required to use OffAuto. The app works with in-app behaviour signals alone; these permissions only improve detection when a compulsive session spans more than one app.
Device-wide monitoring on iOS requires Apple's Family Controls entitlement. OffAuto has not been granted that entitlement, so no Screen Time or device-wide data is read on iOS in this release. The app states this openly on the Device capabilities screen rather than implying a capability it does not have.
If Apple grants the Family Controls entitlement in a future release, this policy will be updated before that capability ships, and you will be asked for the relevant system permission before any device-wide data is accessed.
Subscriptions are sold by Apple or Google, not by us. RevenueCat, Inc. sits between the app and the stores to determine whether your Pro entitlement is active.
RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous subscriber identifier generated by its SDK together with the purchase and renewal events from the store. OffAuto receives back only the entitlement status needed to unlock Pro. We never see your card details, and we cannot see them.
Cancellation and refunds are handled entirely by the store where you subscribed. Uninstalling OffAuto or resetting local data does not cancel a subscription; manage billing in your Apple or Google account settings.
OffAuto can send a small amount of privacy-preserving product telemetry so we can tell whether the app is stable and whether interruptions actually work. This is configured at build time. In the current released build no analytics endpoint and no crash-reporting address is configured, which means the feature is inert: no telemetry is transmitted and no monitoring identifier is created on your device.
When a build does enable it, only a fixed, published list of counted events can be sent. There is no free-text field anywhere in the format, and any property not on the list is discarded before transmission rather than redacted afterwards.
Telemetry, when enabled, is sent over HTTPS to an endpoint we operate or designate. It does not include content from other apps, your Reality Log, or any identifier tied to your store account.
The following categories are outside OffAuto's design. This list is affirmative: even if a future permission were added, these categories would require an explicit policy update before collection could begin.
We use a small number of service providers who process personal data on our behalf. Each acts only under our instructions and for the purpose described below.
Because nearly all OffAuto data stays on your device, your primary security control is physical access to your phone and your device's own lock screen, encryption and backup settings.
The app does not transmit behaviour data or Reality Log entries to our servers, which limits the attack surface on our side to purchase entitlement checks and, in configured builds, the telemetry endpoint described above.
We review processor security practices before engaging them and require contractual commitments appropriate to the data they handle. No security measure is perfect; report concerns to systemdisconnectofficial@gmail.com.
On-device data persists until you clear the Reality Log, reset local data or uninstall the app. We hold no account records, because there are no accounts.
Purchase records are retained by the stores and RevenueCat for as long as their own legal and accounting obligations require. Where product telemetry is enabled in a build, aggregate event records are retained for no longer than 13 months and the install identifier they carry is erased from your device when you reset local data.
The public website at offauto.app publishes these legal pages, marketing copy and store download links. The OffAuto app does not send behaviour data, Reality Log entries or identifiers to this site, and there is no API endpoint that would accept them.
When you visit the website, your browser requests pages in the ordinary way. Our hosting provider may record standard web-server log lines — the path requested, approximate time, and technical headers such as your IP address and user agent.
These log lines are not linked to an OffAuto app profile, because the app has no accounts and transmits no identifiers to the website. Logs are used for security and operational troubleshooting and are not sold.
The website does not set advertising cookies or use third-party ad trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change ships.
OffAuto uses on-device heuristics to classify interaction patterns and decide when to show an interrupt. This processing happens entirely on your phone in real time and does not produce automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
No profiling is performed on our servers. We do not build user segments, credit scores or eligibility models from your behaviour.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port or restrict processing of personal data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent.
Because your app data is stored on your device and we hold no copy, many rights are exercised directly in the app without contacting us.
EEA and UK: Гастроном 1 ЕООД is the controller for processing described in this policy. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our lead contact for data-subject requests is systemdisconnectofficial@gmail.com.
California (CPRA): We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law for cross-context behavioural advertising. Purchase data is shared with RevenueCat only as a service provider to deliver subscription entitlement. California residents may contact systemdisconnectofficial@gmail.com to exercise applicable rights.
Other US states: Where state privacy laws grant additional rights, you may exercise them by emailing systemdisconnectofficial@gmail.com. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
Rest of world: We apply the same on-device-first design everywhere. Local mandatory rights still apply; contact systemdisconnectofficial@gmail.com if you need help exercising them.
Where GDPR applies and we process personal data, we rely on the following bases:
OffAuto is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
The app has no accounts and collects no personal data server-side, so there is no children's data for us to hold. If you believe a child has contacted us by email, write to systemdisconnectofficial@gmail.com and we will delete the correspondence.
Our processors operate in the United States and other countries. Where personal data is transferred out of the EEA or the UK, that transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses as incorporated in the processors' data-processing agreements, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
On-device data is not transferred internationally by us because it never leaves your phone to our systems.
If the app starts handling data differently, this policy is updated before the change ships and the effective date above changes with it.
For material changes we will also update the in-app Privacy Center notice where practicable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
